Senior Guinea Pig
I was looking through my old photo album today and found a picture of my old guinea pig, Itchy.
He was such a loved and spoilt guinea pig. He lived around the home and would jump into the 'cage' pictured to poo and then he'd walk around the home or squeak at our feet if he wanted to sit in our laps.
He lived to a lovely old age of 7 and he would have lived longer but sadly for christmas my mum was given a plant that Itchy managed to knock down and eat.
He is the reason I wanted guinea pigs when I was older. So a huge thank you to Itchy for being such a wonderful pet.
May you RIP. x)
I was only young when we got Itchy and he died when I was around 12 or so.
If anyone can tell from the picture what breed he is, I was curious after finding there are many. He had long hair on his bum that came out quite far but the rest of him was short. I think he has a bit of himalayan? In him. He had red eyes and from the picture you can see he has a sort of fringe.
