A while ago i posted that Ruby had been squeaking when holding her and touching her tummy, however this had stopped the next day, so I didn't think anything of it.
Today however she has been squeaking again and chewing when holding her , seems to be more if you touch part of her back or her tummy.
She has been eating, drinking and acting herself and hasn't lost any weight and doesn't feel bloated.
Previously: She was successfully treated for a UTI in June (I think) and other than that she was treated preventatively for mites using xeno450 (she completed the full course) in August so I wouldn't have thought it would be that.
She just seems a bit of a mystery, she is the most nervous of the girls so I sometimes wonder if it is because she is scared and doesn't want to be held.
Anyway, I am leaving for uni at 7:15 tomorrow morning so no- one is around tomorrow until late. However, I am planning on booking an appointment at the vets on Saturday morning for a general check over and find out what is going on but I won't be there to take her (my Mum will be taking her).
I was wondering what she will need to ask the vet/ make sure that she gets, I know the vet is recommended on here but not sure whether he just sticks to 'baytril' and that's it or whether if something is wrong whether he would give metacam for pain.
Thanks in advance!
