Some rather shy new arrivals!

Just home from work and popped up to see the new girls! Managed Luna's frusol on my own today (with coriander bribes) and Miss chubby pants Lavender pretends to be scared but will be my best friend in exchange for a pea flake :)

Lavender is pretending to be starving standing by the empty food bowl begging but actually she just had 3 coriander stems and 3 pea flakes... and a nibble on my trousers which are khaki coloured so may possibly be giant pea flakes, worth a try... and it's less than 2 hours until dinner time!
 
I just noticed from these photos it looks like Lavender just stands by the food bowl all the time looking at me accusingly... and yes she does lol except when I was in a long zoom meeting yesterday, then she loudly crunched the carrot cottage and flung poops at me until I turned round so I could see her standing by the food bowl looking at me accusingly! Then she ran off and tried to hide by sitting on top of Luna :)

Oh yes, Lavender has buns of steel. She can shoot poops out a surprising distance.
Luna on the other hand walks round with them hanging out of her butt! 😂
 
Time for the first Wednesday cage clean! Dont think we are quite settled enough for floor time so we're spending some time in a box filled with hay, dried forage, and chunks of fresh apple and cucumber :)

Luna went in the box no problem but Lavender acted like I was a predator who wanted to abduct her and eat her for dinner! But only for like 30 seconds until she realised she was in a box with apple chunks then she was fine (and full of apples) :)
