Something stuck in teeth?

Hi guys, visited my piggies before settling in for the night and as i was watching one of my girl and she woke up from a nap, let out a cough and started doing this weird thing with her mouth, contorting it as if she had something stuck in her teeth, i dont know how to explain it. She did that for about 20 seconds but then munched on the left over lettuce and ate some more hay with no problem at all.
Should i be concerned?

It would be worth having her checked by a piggie vet to make sure. Especially to rule out any dental or respiratory problems.
Hopefully it’s just one of those things and she’ll be fine

ive sat there for a while now and she is munching like crazy on a bunch of hay as normal, eating it perfectly normally she doesn't seem to be struggling at all. I think it was just one of those things then? She is also very greedy and i wouldnt be surprised if she stuffed too much food in her mouth
