Sticky poo, bad diet?

Evening everyone!

Onyx his appetite suddenly increased exceptionally, he had 27ml of critical care in one setting, and I did not force him whatsoever. He was nibbling on the syringe willingly, greedily.

I am slightly worried since I have no clue how much he is allowed to have in one feeding session. His total intake for today is already 107ml
