I understand Floor Time was an hour late. How can this be? Does your stupid Hooman not realise that we have to have routine? We like routine. We like to know what's happening and when. I would not be putting up with such a dereliction of duty. Does she feed the cats late? I bet she doesn't. Yet she allows you to have Floor Time late. The principle is the same. They have their routine that she keeps the same but she feels that it's OK to disrupt yours!

I sent you a wheekmail earlier describing how to fix this problem which I hope you've received. Stick to what I suggest to the absolute letter and she won't dare to disrupt your routine again.
