Mom's just about to bring us our forage.
She completely wiped out at the grocery store this morning and fell on her knee. There was water on the ground. No limping. But she can't sit on her knee comfortably.

I think most people will say use ice to relieve any swelling and take some paracetamol as well 
It's so annoying and it's a shock
