It builds up, especially when you are busy. Time to find all the hay bales that went missing and to find forgotten shoes that you still quite like. I hope the treatment works out and money isn't too tight. It's great that Stripe is comfortable and active again.

Mommy slave cleaned out cages this morning. She took away my delightfully boar scented blanket from the main cage and started wiping the bare Correx, so naturally I came downstairs with a clicking of little claws to see what was going on. I did a very discrete wee behind the stairs but MS noticed if and unfortunately wiped that up too, giving my bottom a little poke to move me out of the way. I hope Miss Bramble doesn't find out, else MS will be in trouble 😅
MS: Polo left a puddle behind the stairs, but I was expecting it as he always does a wee where I have been cleaning. Then stands in front of it with one paw in it while I try to clean up. I have put his smelly blanket in the wash and he is busy wiping his bum on the fresh blanket. 😄
 
I was so naughty in the night, I ate some plastic. Mom's fault for leaving it too close to the cage. But mom searched the forum and the experts said just to keep an eye on me. I took my critical care, ate some pellets, am eating hay and had a couple little cookies. Hopefully I don't get a blockage. Mom is praying for me. I can be so dumb!

I have my X-ray the day after Christmas.

Truffle ate some foam mat, so it's been taken away, although it was a good insulator and nice to walk on. I hope the plastic comes out. Hay is much nicer, but sometimes us guinea pigs just can't help chewing on something that shouldn't be chewed on. I hope the X-ray goes OK. It's great that you are eating really well and putting on weight 🍪
 
Well, it's been over 24 hours since I ate plastic and I'm still eating and pooping. Had a couple funny poops, but that's it.

I got restless after 6 ml of critical care so she put me back in the cage, spot cleaned and topped off my hay. Yeah, I did a couple popcorns.

She has coffee with a family friend then she has to drive 45 minutes to get me a refill of my doxycycline.

You are lucky to have such a good slave! Hopefully plastic is no match for guinea pig teeth and it had been well ground up for transit. If it was coloured it might show up and you will be in the clear. I hope all goes well and your slave is back soon 🚗

I've found out from another thread that your Slave is now singing nasty songs about you! It was bad enough that she called Stripe an arthropod and now she's calling you a "Monkey in his underwear!". AND she tried to hide it in another thread! Nothing gets past me I have my spies everywhere! Clearly being on the Wall of Shame FOREVER and being awarded the Cup of Disgrace is not enough. The words of wisdom I gave Stripe obviously haven't worked with your errant Slave either as she is blatantly ignoring everything. This will not do!

Your Slave plainly needs to have more sanctions in order that she stops making fun of you and Stripe.

You need to
  • Not do anything that she wants you to do.
  • Be very unhelpful with everything
  • Make her worried by stopping asking for food (I know this is hard but needs must)
  • Don't let her give you lap time but if you decide to give in to it, climb up her body and deposit a load of poops in her bra along with a nice long wee.
The Committee are meeting as a I type this to try to determine what, if any other punitive actions are necessary.

Tomorrow is the day, guys. Slave says its time for us boys to really meet and have a rumble. She's determined - we will bond. We will share that food. And I'm soooo worried about this! No food in the world is enough for me and another pig. Both me and Joe are pelletguys, and I know Joe gets more than me just because slave thinks he is soooo skinny. Well brighthead, if you cuddle 1740g handsome Kongo first and right after you cuddle 1300g mini-Joe... My size is impressive, I should have all pellets for myself and Joe can eat hay and spinach. Slave just give me a few pellets and always says "oh you're grown ups. And some of you are fatties. You dont need this". I know I'm not the fatty in this family!IMG_20241217_230928.webp
This is how I prefer to sleep. Hay as a blanket, hugged by my bunny. I make my bed like 15 times a day.

Hi guys,

Mom's been behaving after getting told off by Miss Bramble. I did have my yucky meds, though, an hour early because she's going out for breakfast with theater guy then they are going to get flowers for her graduation.

Last night I moved my hide to the middle of the cage and darted all over at top speed! Mom was laughing and saying what are you doing, Stripe! I would stop zooming to peek at Chez in his cage, but he totally ignored me.

No, slave had to leave the house for "important stuff" like sign papers for her new work. I'm very disappointed, she promised three weeks of not leaving the house at all! But she said she will buy me something nice. I hope that means something to eat, because I have to survive I have a new neighbour that smells sooooo good but slaves says I cant eat it. Its called a Christmas three and its not healthy they say. I'm pissed, guys. But tonight or tomorrow I can sniff Joes pretty bumm 🥳

I hope the graduation goes well. For humans it's a very special day 🎓
 
Mom just cleaned our cages, but she couldn't get a good weight on me! I kept moving around in my bowl and the scale would bounce all over the place. She *thinks* I'm the same as three days ago. I then climbed out of the bowl and she gave up. I didn't have any critical care yesterday, and 10 ml today. She's going to weigh me again Monday.

Chez was wriggly for his health check, but she got a good look.

Mom has to go buy a snow scraper for her car before work in case it continues to snow.
 
Hi boys and girls,

I'm hoping Thursday is my last day of antibiotics, I'll have been on them a month and ten days. Vet lady said with my CBS we might see more frequent infections so she wants to be sure this one's gone.

February is my first birthday!

live from the bonding pen! Me Kongo is a bit wild. Slave saw me Rumble strutt for the first time in this 1,5years I lived here. Joe is more like a nonchalant big brother. I'm just a bit bigger - like 500g bigger - but Joe is clearly the alfa. He zooms and popcorns away from me and I come after in a beautiful Rumble strutt. Slave is very positive we will survive this as companions! Joe tells me when its time to chill, eat a bit and lay down for a nap. I listen like a good little brother. I'm just gonna hump him for real before I fullt accept him as the real alfa...
