I got Shereen when she was only one and she has had babies in the past so I do not know if she was used for breeding. I suspect she was abused as she flinches if you touch her face. She suffers from anxiety and needs to wee each time I pick her up through nerves. What a sweet piggy! It's lovely that she is gradually coming out of herself with you! Do you know what sort of a background she came from?

Oh that is so sad. It is awful the way some poor piggies are treated. I love Shereen so much. She means the world to me.Oh, poor thing. We used to have a piggy called Hilary, who we adopted when she about 1 year old. I don't know what might have happened to her in the past, but it took about a year before she became a bit more relaxed with us, and even then she was never really comfortable being held - she used to tremble slightly. It's horrible to think of what some piggies have had to endure.
