What a sweet piggy! It's lovely that she is gradually coming out of herself with you! Do you know what sort of a background she came from?

I got Shereen when she was only one and she has had babies in the past so I do not know if she was used for breeding. I suspect she was abused as she flinches if you touch her face. She suffers from anxiety and needs to wee each time I pick her up through nerves.

Oh, poor thing. We used to have a piggy called Hilary, who we adopted when she about 1 year old. I don't know what might have happened to her in the past, but it took about a year before she became a bit more relaxed with us, and even then she was never really comfortable being held - she used to tremble slightly. It's horrible to think of what some piggies have had to endure.

Oh that is so sad. It is awful the way some poor piggies are treated. I love Shereen so much. She means the world to me.
