Three pigs who aren't eating

I am so sorry you have lost James too. You couldn't have done more for them, it's so very sad. I hope you get the post mortem results soon so you know what happened.

Thank you everyone. I have buried him alongside Dominic and Marcus. The girls still seem to be thriving. My pet ambulance man, who I need to get Joe (dog) to Hydrotherapy and back, said he didn't think the parts of the post mortem which were sent away, would show anything, and it would be down to Valeria's side of things. If this is the case she is away most of May..... Whatever was sent away should have been back in a week and it's six weeks I think since it was done. If I EVER get an answer I will let everyone know. Thanks again for being there for me.

Oh, I am so sorry that you have lost James x
Sending you hugs, what a terrible time you’ve had you must be heartbroken
Sleep tight little man x

One of my girl pigs died this morning. She was a year older than my other pigs. Eating curly kale and being active one day, gone the next. I have one girl pig left now. I'm pretty sure it was unrelated to whatever the boys had.

So very sorry to hear this, but take comfort in it being quick and so any pain or suffering would be very brief. Your piggies were/are all very lucky to have been with you, as someone on this forum said to me in similar circumstances, time means nothing to piggies, but quality of life, even if short, means everything. Your piggies sounded like they had a very devoted piggie slave

Thank you to everyone who has supported me through all this. It means a lot. My last remaining piggy (Charlotte) appears to be doing well.

I am so sorry for your losses, but pleased to hear that Charlotte is doing ok. Hang in there.

I am so sorry you are having such a hard time.Sending you and Charlotte my very best wishes.

I buy most of my pet food from a local supplier. I've just rung him to ask him to bring some cat litter. He's just asked me if I want any more guinea pigs. I said no. I lost Tilly on the 31st of December, Dominic and Marcus in March I think it was, and James and Rappy in May. I really don't want to go through it all again. I still have a dog, three cats, a degu, rabbit and three parrots to keep me occupied, not forgetting Charlotte. I always choose human names. I was struggling to find one to fit Rappy. I ended up calling her Rapunzel as she was long haired. She was a year old when I got her. I bought her from the same lady I bought the babies from. I happened to say I'd called her Rapunzel. She said that IS her name! Weird!

just read through you whole post - i am so sorry for your loss of your 3 boys and now your girl.. x
