Tom's Boar Date

We've just been shopping, the boys wheeked when we got home and then proceeded to wheek at everything we unpacked that rustled slightly, from sanitary wear to noodles!

And just as I was about to click "post reply" to make this post, Mini has just popcorned for the first time!

So wonderful to hear they are getting on so well :luv: Although it may take some convincing for them to find out that sanitary wear is not edible...:))

I was putting the rain cover on the hutch this morning just before it rained and because it made the slightest of rustling noises the Piggies got really excited and started wheeking at me bless them. Piggies are forever hopeful.

I think we can safely say this pairing has worked! The boys were out for free range last night and spent all their time running around one after the other, a bit like a two carriage train! Then this morning, I let them loose whilst I cleaned their cage out and they were at it again! They even came into the kitchen to see what I was doing and they've not done that before. Mini has really brought Tom out of his shell and he looks a different piggie! He's taught him to climb the bars (Tom no longer falls flat on his face!) and to wheek whenever the fridge is opened. They even wheeked when hubby got home from work yesterday!

Thank you so much to @Wilbur&Otis for letting Mini come and live with us :)
Awww just catching up on this. So glad they are getting along well and that Tom is coming out of his shell now he has a friend.

Made me laugh that Mini is teaching him all his favourite bad habits. You will never eat a bag of crisps in peace again! Haha.

I miss having the little monster living here but it makes it sooo much easier to let him go knowing he’s gone to a lovely home with you and Tom. (They’ll win your hubby round too I’m sure) Thank you for letting him come and live with you. Keep the updates coming, I’ll be looking out for them in Singapore.
