Truffle and Polo

Actually we did drop a few bits of hay, I was worried he might charge a surplus for cleaning, but I think I caught most of the hay in his blanket. I tried using a better ventilated cat basket and spent the trip stuffing hay back into the carrier 😄
 
When I take my rabbits in for nail cuts (both) and eye and bottom shaves (Snowflake) we leave a generous supply of hay and very very soft and fluffy rabbit fur that seems to get everywhere.

Yes, today is going to be 30C 🙁 and tomorrow 31C, but hopefully this is the last heat wave this year 🤞
I wonder if there are You Tube videos about washing kitties. I remember my cat as a kitten taking one look at the bath and running up my face and jumping off my head 😯. Perhaps there is away of spraying dilute shampoo onto kitty so that he only needs a quick rinse with a shower attachment on a gentle setting to get the soap off and then a nice towel dry. Keeping him really warm is essential, so if it's a hot, sunny day, it would be a nice day for a bath. And perhaps giving him a good brush first to remove dead fur. I wonder if brushing and combing and trimming would do the job almost as well as bathing.
 
Yes, alot came off just before the first heat wave. It's growing back nicely now 🪮
