So MS got up early and gave Polo his Enrofloxacin and popped him in the nebuliser. She needs to give him some Biolapis, somehow He has been good about taking the extremely yucky Enro. No noisy breathing since yesterday afternoon

Polo had his meds and the nebuliser. He's looking perky and is zooming in his cage. He is eating well so hopefully things will be OK

We were thinking of Mabel today, and here indeed is the lovely cavy herself
Polo is delighted and is snuggled up snoozing on his hay with a happy look on his face

Baytril / Enro given to Polo. A bit went on his chin, but most went in. Then time in the nebuliser. He is looking comfortable and perky and seems appreciative of the help he is getting with this infection
Truffle had some small mats and two huge rods which fell out without difficulty, but didn't smell great. I'm sure he felt very relieved to be free of them

Treatment given and nebulisation done. I gave Polo a tiny bit of Fibreplex, diluted and via a fatter syringe as his poops have turned into this soft, clay like consistency which worries me a lot. He is looking bright, but I am still worried. I will try to increase the amount of Fibreplex gradually ❤

Stripe was off veg for a month or two. The probiotic didn't work on him so I gave him poo soup two hours after antibiotics.

I worried about his vitamin c while he was off veg so did supplement although some people don't believe in that.
