Aw thank you, he’s a very happy boy all the time bless him (normally!), definitely the cheeriest pig here! I have missed seeing him so excited to see me in the morning the last few days, can’t wait for him to get back to normal and not just Mr Sleepypants!
 
Happy to hear that Luigi is doing so well. Fingers crossed that he is now on the way to making a full recovery. ❤️

Thank you! :D He was an absolute for his feed a little while ago and took forever, definitely not a good boy! 😈:))

Yes that’s how I knew what it was from her thread before, or I’d have been very confused at the odd thing crossing the road by itself! :))

So pleased, just got to get him munching properly again now and no more fighting with this syringe! But he is having his feed and going straight to his hay in the cage so definitely getting there! :)

Lovely @Merab's Slave has sent some fibreplex out for Luigi (not arrived yet though Heather!), and lovely @GPTV has been offering us some SS recovery food, I’ve been very touched 😊 Thanks guys :hug:x

Still an abscess hole there, about marble-sized-ish, so just need to make sure it’s kept open now until it’s properly cleared out and healed! So chuffed with my boy!
And that little beard growing in is so cute! :love:

Thanks so much, can’t get over how great it looks so quickly, just can’t let it close up! He’s looking so much better, and feeling it too judging by the fighting we’re having with the syringe at feeding time! :doh: :))
 
Just getting caught up on your thread. He's looking great! You're taking excellent care of him and sounds like you're taking good care of yourself as well. :hug:

Aw thanks a lot @weepweeps, they’re definitely testing my slave skills anyway! Had Cleo joining the poorly pig party all day yesterday so nebulisers, flushes and feeds for me! Luigi wasn’t eating great all day compared to the day before either 🤦‍♀️ But thankfully she’s much brighter today so just the fatty bumbum to feed hopefully! 🤞
Me is very sleepy! 🥱:)) x
 
And I totally forgot to say when I brought him home last week, but Simon said it could have been a lymph node abscess that poor Luigi had, as in the area! Just in case it’s helpful to anyone in the future! :)

His wound is even more tiny today! So think I may have to get in there with the cotton buds as Kim suggested for his next flush, but I must keep it open!
He tucked into his green oat and dried carrot yesterday @Lavinia, no to the dandelion root for now but Lolo helped him out with that :tu: (think these harder things are a bit uncomfortable to munch judging by his little face trying to bless him)

And he’s very happy he’s now got his loft back, he can have some peace away from the wifey! :)
