I've just read about David and had to sign in just to say how sorry I am for your loss. Sweet dreams little chap x

I'm so sorry he's gone :(
What a harrowing few days you've had, you have my deepest sympathy.

Have fun at the bridge David x

thank you everyone and thank you for remembering david and his little quirks means a lot.

I am so grief stricken it doesn't feel real, keep feeling like I want to turn back the clock and to of not taken him in. I miss him loads and its only been a day.

I'm having him cremated and going to get his ashes back. I just cant cope with the thought of never seeing him again, I'm so sad x x x x

Give yourself time to come to terms with it and to grieve. It is still very early days, and it may take a while before it sinks in fully.

However, if you find that your loss is really interfering with your sleep or you being able to function in daily life for any length of time, please seek trained help. Pet bereavement is an acknowledged condition that can affect anybody. There are free helplines if and whenever you need support.

Thanks for your kind words everyone.

I am going to pick up davids ashes this week. It still doesn't feel real and I miss him lots x x

Iv managed to bond craig and teddy together which I am glad about as teddy seemed sad after david had gone x x

It is tough; and even tougher when you get the ashes back, as it brings it all up again. :(

But good that Craig and Teddy have been able to move in together and have each other for company.
