@David Pet Lover what gorgeous looking girly pigs! I may have to piggy napping the blank one she is stunning!:love::love::bal:
I know look at her ginger tuff. lol. she's called Cocoa other two are Heidi and Chloe. I say it's a good job Godfrey and Pedro are not around or they be some naughty fun going on. We not seen them yet but we put plan of action to get a home sorted asap. hugs. x

Great news! What gorgeous pigs. I adopted 2 lovely 2 year old sows a few months back ( it wasn't planned but they desperately needed a home) so l have 6 pigs in total, hectic but I wouldn't have it any other way. I used to have a gorgeous agouti too , Betty, very feisty , a real character. I think Godfrey and pedro would be proud of us for welcoming new piggies into our hearts .

It is nerve wracking I didn't want Christian and Dennis neutered but I had no choice. They were fine. As long as they are done by a cavy savvy vet there is less of a risk of post op complications. Remember to leave 6 clear weeks before putting them in with any girlies!

Jets been done too - I was super cautious and made him wait 3 1/2 years for his harem  (joking - he was a rescue it was part of the deal he was neutered but he still waited 3.5 years until his brother passed away).

My profile pic is my soft old agouti who passed over the summer. I know what you mean about missing them. He had an incredible knack for getting poop squidged between his toes but I still loved cuddles from him xx
I know what you mean about poo. Pedro He get one stuck and you try and clean it off. of course with warm water and bit tissue only to be. rewarded with wiggles lipstick flashing and teeth. Thanks eh.

image.webp So I took Jeremy to the vet for a check up, and he seems to be in good health, and a good weight( I was abit concerned cos he's been eating a lot of spinach lately!) And our vet told me that if the boys aren't going to be in contact with the girls then there is no benefit in having them neutered, it won't prolong their lives as with cats and dogs. So now I'm seriously considering not having them done as my females are old and set in their ways and can't be around the boys anyway ( they're way too grumpy!)

Hello. Great to see pic of Jeremy hes a cute in many ways.
We both have moved on from the the start of this thread and reading it still brings a tear reading about the brill Godfrey.
I think Jeremy could have a new thread. with lots pictures. Great to hear from you again.

So Jeremy and all the other pigs are doing really well . Hillary is 7 now I'm looking forward to the Spring when I can let them all out in to the garden. Also on news years day I became an auntie for the very first time to a human baby ( my sister gave birth to a beautiful boy , Aksel) Jeremy has met him but I think finds him a bit unnerving( he was a big baby 9 pounds 4 ounces!) I do think that Jeremy probably deserves his own thread now so this is probably the last post on this thread. Thank you to every one who was so supportive of my lovely boy , Godfrey , he'll be forever with me
