Veggie Problem

So I know everyone says to feed green or red leaf lettuce daily but the problem is I can’t find it where I live I’ve looked in every shop and I can’t see it so is there any other leafy greens that I could feed daily

That is extremely strange. ALL grocery stores have some kind of lettuce. You could feed kale, romaine lettuce, endive, etc. I give veg every other day and mix in carrot, beets, cucumber, and tomatoes.

I’m about Ireland There is little gem and romaine but I heard there too high in calcium too feed everyday I'm thinking about just picking two or three types and switching between

Think I must be feeding mine to much Lee, they don't last a week with my lot.

Mine don't get lettuce other than as the odd occasional treat. As long as their diet as a whole is balanced I wouldn't worry about one ingredient of many.
