So I know everyone says to feed green or red leaf lettuce daily but the problem is I can’t find it where I live I’ve looked in every shop and I can’t see it so is there any other leafy greens that I could feed daily :hmm::)

That is extremely strange. ALL grocery stores have some kind of lettuce. You could feed kale, romaine lettuce, endive, etc. I give veg every other day and mix in carrot, beets, cucumber, and tomatoes.

If you let us know roughly where you live, then maybe other members can advise on a local alternative.

No little gem in supermarkets near you? Two heads normally lasts us a week. Coriander can be fed frequently

I’m about Ireland There is little gem and romaine but I heard there too high in calcium too feed everyday I'm thinking about just picking two or three types and switching between

There is a food list on one, of these forums.
My mind won't let me remember, but someone will let know you know where. Sorry.

Mine don't get lettuce other than as the odd occasional treat. As long as their diet as a whole is balanced I wouldn't worry about one ingredient of many.
