How does this look?

Furbys ((2 months old))veggies
1/8th yellow/green bell pepper
1/2 large leaf of Romain lettuce
1/2 inch slice of zucchini
1 baby carrot
1 cherry tomato

Fancys ((5-6 months old possibly pregnant)) Veggies
1/4 yellow/green bell pepper
1 large leaf of Romain lettuce
1 inch slice of zucchini
2 baby carrots
2 cherry tomatoes

sometimes adding cauliflower or turnips

I would say a slice of pepper twice a day is enough. I would keep the carrots and tomatoes (and any other fruit or veg high in sugar) to a minimum (every couple of weeks), particularly for the possibly pregnant piggy. You don’t want her growing big babies that would give her trouble birthing.

Cucumber and coriander (one sprig) can be fed daily.

There is a feeding guide for pregnant (and non-pregnant) piggies, maybe have a read through that.

I’ve read that you’re supposed to give 1 cup of veggies a day per pig though?
Yes you are, but carrots, tomatoes and fruits are an occasional treat and not an every day thing.

Is what you listed above their lot for the day? I would give baby the same amount as the older piggy.

Ok so like 1/8 cup pellets
1/8-1/4 yellow/green bell pepper cut smaller
1 inch chunk of cucumber cut smaller
1 inch chunk of zucchini cut smaller
And 1 large leaf of Romain lettuce each?
Or should I do less cucumber and zucchini and more lettuce?

Yes definitely limit the carrots and tomatoes to a once a week treat! You could have more variety in the leafy veg, although Romaine is fine to feed every day its very watery with not much nutritional content. My piggies get pepper and cucumber every day but then they usually get Romaine 2 days a week, then I replace it with a babyleaf salad mix, or with coriander (cilantro), or with a spinach salad mix, on the other days. Spinach is quite high calcium so its best just to feed that in small amounts once or twice a week, but coriander can be fed more often, it is high in vitamin C.

I don’t even know what coriander/cilantro looks like but I’ll look for it next time I go to the store
Could I do cabbage daily instead of Romain? Or is it one of the not as often foods?

Cabbage (and broccolli) is high calcium and can also be gassy and cause bloat, so its a small amount occasionally for these foods.

I’m gonna be prepackaging the veggies weekly so I don’t have to think too hard about it and so if I go on vacation it makes it easier for my dad to feed them

Prepacking the veg really isnt a good idea, unless you are going away, and even then 3 days in advance would probably be the limit. Vitamin C starts to degrade as soon as veg is cut, and lettuce will go brown pretty fast once its off the stem, and cucumber will either go slimy or dry... freshly chopped veg is always the best option! You shouldnt ever feed piggies anything you wouldnt eat yourself, and pre-prepared week old salad is pretty yucky!

So pretty much only pre cut the pepper?

The pepper has most of the viramin C so I wouldnt pre cut that either. Piggies really need freshly prepared veg, preparing it fresh so its most tasty and nutritious and hearing them get excited when they hear the chopping noise is one of the joys of keeping piggies! Of course there may be occasional times when you are busy or away and then its ok to occasionally prep a couple of days in advance, but the freshness of the veg is really important for their health as well as their happiness!

I don’t know if 1/8 cup is the same as a tablespoon of pellets but that’s their limit.

You could also try celery and other types of lettuce (except iceberg!). Mine get lettuce for breakfast and a sprig of coriander for dinner. Then the following both feeding times - celery, a slice of pepper, slice of cucumber, green bean. I’ll occasionally (if and when I remember) give them a little kale, cabbage, carrot or apple. And I sometimes give them a salad mix in place of the lettuce.

Ok thanks I assume that when I go on my week long trip next year that I’ll just have to teach my dad how much to give them

Show him for a few days before you leave. He should then be ok.

Ok also so far neither Furby or Fancy are picky at all I’ve given them yellow pepper everyday which they always Chow down on but I’ve also tryed carrot, cauliflower, and radish over the last few days one each day and they’ve chowwed down on them

Cilantro is in the herb section, where all the greens are. It should be next to Parsley. In replacement of Cilantro, you can also feed Parsley once or twice a week. Here's a picture of Cilantro.

Glad you could find it! You could also try other herbs with them: mint, dill, sage, rosemary, etc. I wish my piggies were into Zucchini :( Mine don't like pepper at all. I keep trying it with them, but they sniff the pepper and walk away like it's poison or something.

Lol tomorrow I’m gonna try putting the pepper on the bottom to see what they do though I may have a really good treat when it comes time to teach tricks

Not too often with the tomato. Your piggies are the one in millions who eat zucchini!

I want to share a picture of veggies and herbs my boy Finn and Lara get. They each get a plate of this, which would be around a cupful of veggies and herbs.
I separate this into three times making it breakfast, lunch and dinner. They get a little bit of Oxbow pellets, and endless supply of Oxbow hay along with their food.

Yeah I didn’t plan on getting them a tomato but then I saw single Roma tomato’s for cheap and picked them up one to split. Yeah so far they’ve ate anything I’ve given them though large chunks last longer

Nice zucchini cucumber bell pepper and cilantro will be daily foods with the occasional other “treat” food along with a little bit of pellets and unlimited hat

Grits and carrots should only be once weekly or less frequently. The feeding guide gives a comprehensive list of what you can feed and how often. I’d look at that.

What’s the light green leaf veg between the lettuce and coriander (on the left)?

Here’s their veggies for today 1 plate for each of them ((they are tiny plates)) 1/8 bell pepper 1/2 a chunk of zucchini 1/2 a chunk of cucumber and some cilantro
