Any spare healing vibes are appreciated for our Big Bitey Pig

Vimto is at vet getting a jaw xray and possible dental depending on outcome. She lost 100g in weight this weekend and is not eating as fast as normal so taken her in to Rosie to see what is going on teeth wise. She was an absolute nightmare in the vets stressing out so is having everything done under gas as she is a highly strung piggy...

Little Widget is looking lost as we lost Vimto's sister Sasspy the other weekend so is alone in the cage :( Need to go back up to three piggies as soon as possibly can I think

Keeping everything crossed that all goes well and she can be reunited with little Widget soon.

Sending lots of healing vibes for Vimto xx

Could Widget not go with Vimto for anymore vet treatment so neither of them are alone? xx
I didn't expect her to be in so only took the one pig :( ..... she is sitting on sofa with me at moment in her sqube eating hay.

Poor Vimto - healing vibes coming her way. Hope she handles the stress of today ok. (we have the same issues with our Mollie - biggest but least brave piggy)

I really hope Vimto will be okay. The worry when they're not well is all-consuming, isn't it. Also hope Widget isn't too lonely.

All paws crossed for here for Vimto :luv:

and the nurses too... :)) x

All paws are firmly crossed for you, sweet Vimto.

Hello, thanks for all your vibes. Vimto is home. Digital Xrays ruled out root or jaw issues which after having a GP with elongated roots always stresses me...
Her back teeth had been rasped a little but they weren't anything to write home about a little sharp but shouldn' have been causing any issues... Our vet was a little concerned over what we thought maybe fatty eye that started last month and was thinking possibly a retrobulbar abscess but under exam couldn't see anything behind the eye but wants us to monitor her closely over the next few days in case anything is brewing there and the eye begins to bulge.
She is on Metacam for any discomfort and Emeprid. She has ate a little veg tonight but not really too interested - but has been eating hay. Hoping tomorrow may bring a less stressed more hungry Vimto. She is currently sleeping in her sleeping bag. Thanks for all you for your well wishes on this thread and to @furryfriends (TEAS) for a little dental advice earlier. x x

Positive vibes for a speedy recovery Vimto from Shelly, Leonard and fellow recreational biter, Bramble! (And myself of course) x
