water bottle

Try to give in different objects so it might drink in one of them and continuously try give in that and like once in a week add some minerals to water to keep it healthy.
 
I'm taking it that the problem isn't that they don't know how to drink from a bottle? Neither of my girls did and so now they have a bird's bowl that hooks onto the side of their cage so that they can drink freely without knocking over a bowl on the floor. Did try a bottle with them for ages but no joy!

I know it sounds silly, but can they actually see the bottle? I found that the indoor cages place the bottles too high, so I adjusted by using a small chain so it drops lower down & it has now dropped far lower & in line with the piggy's nose, & more easily accessible. :)

thanks for advise tried different heights , still persisting with the bottle in the hand , doing this every few hours in the day especially with the hot weather , and yes they hate it but they are starting to drink , I'm going to carry on with this for a bit longer , then maybe cut out there veg and grass and only give them hay and pellets ( dry food ) for a short while and see what happens
