I have a guinea pig who has only recently begun eating again after a long period of force-fed critical care. He is off the veggies, so that is not the problem. His poops are wet-ish and clumpy, stinky, and cover is hind feet in smelly feces. Would it be the critical care doing it's work, or is something wrong here?

@carrotsalad What was the reason for him being off his food? A digestive issue can sometimes have loose poops involved.

I recommend the fibreflex for definite.

Usually no veg for a few days is the first thing to try but as he's not eating veg anyway you may want to visit the vet to see if there is an underlying issue.

Piggies who are being fed a lot of syringe food often have soft poos. This is completely normal. As soon as he gets back to normal eating, they will become more normal again in shape. I would definitely recommend Fibreplex.
