I buy a pack of three peppers yellow, red and orange. Which colour can be fed daily? Am i right in thinking this is good for vitamin C.

We feed pepper daily and alternate each day on the colour. Yes, you are correct they are great for Vit C.

mine prefer green, so it depends on the pigs. you can feed all colours of pepper. peppers are great, I find you can use them for a lot of 'boredom breakers'

Mine prefer red but thats the sweetest one so it does not surprise me but they will eat any :D

Mine are only babies at the minute 7 weeks tomorrow so only get a little bit but everything i have fed them so far they love. They are only getting a small amount at the moment but i will up it once they are used to it and start getting bigger.

They must be so tiny! Mini pigs are so lovely.

Does everyone cut them up or take the seeds out and give them whole?

I de-seed then slice them up, i slice them up quite small but thats because they are babies still.

Mine get all colours but mostly green as I cant stand them. I cant say I gave noticed a preference but they just getvwhat they are given and ate good piggies and eat up all their veggies.

only thing some of my pigs refuse is cauliflower I dont blame them I cant stand it either

The best pepper is green but I wouldn't give your piggie to much of it as because of the liquids it can give them mouth ulcer

Didn't know that about the juice of the peppers. Mine get them every day, different colours.

maisie and eddie only have green because maisie can't tolerate the other colours for some reason.

The lady I got my boys from said never to feed them broccoli or cauliflower as it's poison.... I may try them with some tomo now I know diff.

Well in 20 plus years of owning piggies and feeding cauliflower and broccoli non have died yet, they aren't keen on cauliflower florets but love the leaves. Just feed in moderation that's all :)

Yes mine wont eat white bits on cauli but like leaves. They did like that cauli that looks like a cauli crossed with brocolli its gren and the flowers are very pointy? Cant think of its name
