I just got my baby girl Mina and noticed her eye was different the other. Any clue what it could be?

Teenage Guinea Pig
I've noticed an upper respiratory infection or even eye infection can make eyes puffy. Either of these need a vet diagnosis and antibiotics, if left untreated it can progress and be fatal
Any form of eye problem, and I would be straight off to the vets.

All my babies have vet appointments on Monday morning. Anything I can do until then?
She's eating, playing, drinking and has gained 10 grams in a day and a 1/2.
