Woog's weeing blood! I noticed when I got her out she had blood around her rear. Set her out on a towel, and she wee'd out blood! She doesn't seem to be in any pain, and she just ate a carrot but she also doesn't seem quite right either. I've made a vet appointment. I hope Woog's going to be ok! :...

Aw poor Woog - it's so scary when they wee blood. Patrick and Wilma have both gave me a nasty fright in the past.

I do hope it's nothing serious and Woog is 100 % in no time :). X

Oh noes! Sending healing vibes to lovely Woog :laluot_29: let us know how she's doing x

I hope she will be ok, keep us updated after your vet appt. x

Woooow! Okay that would have freaked me out *_* . Poor little Woog. Sending best wishes to her and to you too :D

Thank you

Woog's sleeping right now.She doesn't seem to be in any pain, even while weeing. I hope the baytril clears it up

Thank you! I just had Woog out, and when I put her back in the cage she wee'd, and there was hardly any blood!

I've been giving her cranberry juice as well, as that's good for the urinary tract.

Storm sends squeaks and snuffles to Woog, she is on baytril and metcam at the moment and hates taking them! Pleased you know what it is and have the treatment for it xx

ooo hope Woog is okay x sending her lots of healing vibes hopes shes okay xxxxxxx *big hugs* to you too!

Must be UTI week, Whiskey is on septrin for the same at the moment. Did you vet do an x-ray to double check there were no stones/crystals?

Aww poor Woog. Fingers crossed its just a UTI. Hope she's better soon. Give her a nose rub from me and my boys send healing wheeks.

No, she didn't do an x-ray because at that veterinary clinic, for some reason they put them under GA before an x-ray. I didn't want to put Woog through that.

Good luck Woog! Hope you feel all better in no time....
Fingers crossed!

GET WELL SOON WOOG, LOTS OF HEALING LOVES FROM YOUR AUSSIE MATES XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Lots of gentle little cuddles and nose kisses from Glynis too xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

:( Aww, poor little Woog - they give us such a fright at times don't they ;)
Hope she feels better very soon, my piggy who had been diagnosed with cystitis ended up having x-rays last Thursday (without GA :)) and a stone confirmed :0
He had his op yesterday and is doing really well so hope Woog responds to her treatment :)p

Woog's been sleeping all day. She hasn't been eating much, she's lost a little bit of weight, and she still has bloody wee. She's going to go back to the vet's soon.

I am sorry she is not improving, have they mentioned a bladder stone at all? Does she show any discomfort when she wees? If she is not weeing at all, or very little I would get her to a vet asap.
