Woog - weeing blood

I am sorry she is not improving, have they mentioned a bladder stone at all? Does she show any discomfort when she wees? If she is not weeing at all, or very little I would get her to a vet asap.

They said a bladder stone was possible, but they didn't think so. She is weeing still, and is showing absolutely no discomfort.

Can you feed her some Critical Care or pellets mashed up? I would definitely get her back to the vets if the blood continues though. I will keep my fingers crossed for you, hope she is better soon, what a worry for you :(

Hoping little Woog is okay - did you get back to the vets? It may be worth asking if hhey can perform Xrays/Ultrasound with a whiff of gas rather than GA to check for stones etc...

Hope she feels better. Hugs to you and Woog x x x

defo needs an x-ray or contrast done as its very possible she has stones IF not then it would be worth asking for septrum AND cystaid which can be brought via the Internet or cysteaze the dose is half a capsule every day mixed in 1ml of water give for life this puts a coating on the bladder to help stop inflammation from water infection/forming and helps stop stones forming x

So so sorry to hear this. Sending her all of my get well vibes :laluot_29::laluot_29::laluot_29:

Good luck at the vets x

Woog's gone

She took a turn for the worse when her legs gave out. I rushed her to the vet's. During the car ride to the vet's, she was trying to groom herself and seemed annoyed she couldn't stand. She ended up sleeping most of the ride. At the vet's she started twitching, then gave 3 gasps, and then she was gone 8...

:08... i'm so so so so sorry. As you know i lost my dog Chippie yesterday too so i know how you must be feeling, it's not a good week for us :( but at least Woog was in your arms, feeling safe and loved. Rest in peace little Woog, you were a very beautiful piggie. Huge hugs to you. Give your other piggies lots of cuddles tonight, i've found it's helping me today having Dottie and Mabel close by. Hope you're ok xxxxxxxxxxx

I was so hoping for some positive news :(. I am so sorry for lose - you really did all you could. Although Woog is gone she will remain in your heart forever.

As we know the pain heals with time but at least Woog is free from pain.
