Enoch has red lumps on the bottom of his eye just above his bottom eye lid.
He went to the vets yesterday (thankfully I already had an appointment for Eliza). The vet did the dye test but couldn't see any foreign bodies, his eye hasn't ulcerated and there is no sign of injury although it was watery and sore looking.
He has been prescribed chloramphenicol eye drops 0.5% to be given several times a day for conjunctivitis. I have never used these drops before as I have always been given fucithalmic previously.
I have just got home from work and he now has these lumps which I have never seen before
He is acting perfectly fine but so was Eliza when she had her eye injury
Does anybody know what the lumps are and when I should see an improvement? I'm worried
Apologies that the photo has came out sideways. I don't know why it does that.
