Are these ingredients safe?

I wanna know if the ingredients of the pellets that I ordered are safe for baby guinea pigs. Thanks in advance.

Ingredients:
Alfalfa Hay, Timothy Hay, Soybean Hulls, Wheat, Wheat Bran, Maize, Soybean Meal, Soybean Meal oil, Yeast, Lysine, Methionine, Salt, Organic Multi-Minerals, Multi-Vitamins, Prebiotics, Limestone, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Wrapped-Vitamin C, Expanded Feed, Barley, Popcorn, Dried Carrots

There are quite a few fillers and less than ideal ingredients in the pellets unfortunately.
Things like seeds, grains and dried carrots are really not necessary.

However as you are based in the Philippines I appreciate you may not have a lot of choice when it comes to pellets.
The most important part of the diet is unlimited amounts of good quality hay and grass, with pellets making up a very small portion of this.
