Baby's Getting A Hair Cut And Cuddles! !

Even though she's not really long haired
I've just given baby a haircut!

Baby seems to be struggling to groom herself lately
She's not been looking her normal shiny, healthy self.

She injured her foot a while ago so maybe that's why she's been grooming less,
But she's had a hair cut, a brush and some cuddles now!

All the best! Make sure that you keep an eye on her weight and also - in hot weather - make sure that she is not sweltering in her hidey. I have removed all plastic hideys indoors as especially my thicker coated piggies create a lot of condensation and end up with damp and matted coats. All their hideys have two exits and plenty of ventilation; most are log tunnels.

Mine like to have a hideys at night so I put a Carrot Cottage in the hutch at night and take it out during the day. Yesterday I bought a seagrass tunnel for them and they'll have that today.
