I can’t quite see clearly enough as when I zoom in it goes blurry. Perhaps you could take a closer picture. It might be abrasion if they are rubbing it on the bars or it could be a fungal infection.
I do also need to make you aware of the risks associated with your cage. Sadly your cage is unsafe and unsuitable for guinea pigs and poses a risk of serious injury to your piggies.
Piggies must never walk on bars - it poses a risk of trapping their toes. Also it is a risk of causing incredibly sore feet and bumblefoot.
They need a solid flat surface to live on which is covered with an absorbent bedding and hay.
A cage with so many floors is also not how piggies live. Piggies are not climbing animals and they prefer to live in a cage which is just one flat surface. The cage needs to measure 180x60cm (as your piggies are male they need a larger cage)
The guides below will help you - they show pictures of suitable cages and the first guide shows measurements required.
Remember - guinea pigs are ground roaming group animals and they need as much space as you can spare! More space to run and popcorn in means healthier and happier piggies and in turn more joy for you!
Here is a visual guide to show you the sizes of the currently commercially available cages in comparison to each other:
This is a 120x60 cm / 2x4 ft cage in comparison with a 100x50 cm cage, which is sadly still very much pushed by pet shops and commercial online sellers; you can see what a difference it makes!
C&c grids are a size of 35.5cm to meet the size...

My boy have pair of bald circle near his nose. Just realize this morning when i feed him. I am asking with AI GPT but they told its okay.. not satisfied with the answer. Hope someone know here or have experienced with it..
Hi and welcome
In that location, it could be ringworm / tinea (a very contagious and species fungal skin infection). It is sadly not at all uncommon in newly bought guinea pigs. Be careful: you can catch and pass on ringworm yourself.
You can find pictures of how ringworm looks and develops in guinea pigs at the end of our ringworm guide. There is a white crust on the bald skin that is typical for ringworm.

As you are in Indonesia, the best treatment available for your guinea pig is human dandruff (anti-fungal) shampoo and the best disinfectant you are likely to get is virkon.
Bathe your guinea pigs every 3 days from top to bottom but only use cotton buds with the soap bubbles around the eyes and ears to prevent bad swelling. Follow the advice on the label for how long to leave the shampoo on the body before rinsing it off with clean warm water.
Continue this every three day for at last 3-4 times until no new crusts form after bathing.
Here is our step by step bathing guide with pictures.

Hygiene and disinfection is modst important. Please read our advice. Ringworm spores are so tiny tht they cannot be seen but they can stay infectious for over two years. There are thousands in an acute outbreak. Our guide tells you how to get rid of all possible ways in which they can be picked up or passed on. If you are not careful, you can easily end with multiple outbreaks and a never ending saga.
Please bookmark this thread so you can find it easily again. Use it for all your questions and updates so we can help you best for as long as you need.
