best bedding for long haired piggies

i have two guinea pigs — charlie and lola but charlie is long haired and our current bedding gets stuck in her fur. lola is no bother so any sort of bedding works for her but i want it to be a comfortable bedding for them. they’re currently on a layer of corn chippings and shavings.

Where they live will make a difference. If they are indoors then they can, as an alternative to shavings, be bedded on hay or, more popularly, indoor piggies are bedded on fleece.
If they live in a hutch/shed outside, then hay is the best type of bedding for warmth

I use hemp bedding the particles are heavier.i also use vetbed.

Have you tried paper bedding? I heard that is the safest for small pets. You could also buy some fleece materials: tunnels, hide outs, cuddle sacks, etc. I buy mine through Etsy.
