New Born Pup
Hello,
My guinea pig had a bad ear infection and was given two lots of antibiotics (for a period of two months) last October 2020.
He was taking alongside the antibiotics cisapride, emeprid and probiotics.
The bloat became obvious in February 2021 and I have been giving 3 x daily tummy massages (electric toothbrush) along with gripe water.
He has had no vegetables since the bloat started, I am giving the recommended probiotics every day.
He hasn’t ever lost appetite and maintains his weight.
The bloat seems to go after the massage and 2-3 hours later appears again.
I have tried everything.
Any tips/tricks?
He doesn’t seem to be in pain and his poos are normal most of the time.
