Cheeky, is something wrong? Dental?

Not convinced though it's nearly healed and is leaving a scar!

I have another scratch on my face which is nowhere near as bad as that.

I know! And the thing is I cut my nails and filed them so there'd be no sharp bits because i knew the pain killers would make me itch like last time.

Doesn't seem likely it was me does it!
 
Something odd is going on with cheeky. She's been walking round the cage for ages sniffing greedys poops and nibbling on a few. She's also been sniffing at greedys bum?

Almost like she's looking for edible poops?
 
It sounds as though that's exactly what she's doing. Seen it many times in piggies on the mend, replenishing the gut flora. Fingers crossed she's starting to feel better.

It's not something I've ever seen.

I've got pixie and Rosie on the couch so I can rob some fresh ones for her see if she'll eat those.

She does seem perkier today, more like her cheeky self
 
I've put her in the sofa with pixie. I call her my medi pig. She's happily letting cheeky take her poops.
 
Awww pixie is grooming her. She's a funny piggie she accepts others instantly with no rumbling or chattering.
 
Worrying about cheeky again

I've noticed cheeky doesn't seem to be pooping much. I've just put her in an empty box for 30 min. She had a wee but no poops. Put her back in her cage am hey presto she did three poops. They were really small though. :(

She doesn't seem to be eating much hay either. She had a bit of readigrass this afternoon and I tried normal hay but she wasn't interested. Even when I cut it up she wouldn't eat it.

There were loads of poops in the cage this morning they were really small but at least her guts are still going.

I've been Syringe feeding her today every few hours some supreme recovery with pro biotics and a piggie multivitamin mushed in.

Her poops have doubled in size over the last few hours. There still not normal sized but getting bigger and solid at least. I'll keep up the mush for a few days I think.

It's hard work syringing her especially when she stand up and furiously licks my chin!

Ive seen her eating greedys poops again!
 
Oh how cute she kisses you while you try to syringe feed her! It is almost like she is saying please no mummy.
 
Off to the vets with cheeky again. She'd gone down hill over the weekend an has lost a lot of weight, she's literally skin and bones :( she's eaten some carrot do I don't think it's her teeth . Just noticed though she's weeking really badly..

She said he teeth are fine and I might be her kidneys :( she's got meds for a week and if no improvement she's being pts next Tuesday. She's lost 250 grams :(
 
Oh no! I am so sorry to hear this. I really hope she improves. What is wrong with her kidneys? Is it an infection?
 
She thinks either her liver or kidneys arnt working properly an she's to thin to X-ray to investigate further
 
Oh dear. That really is a worry. I really hope the medicine can help and she will get better. How old is she?
 
She is so young. Hopefully that will be in her favour and she gets well soon.
 
I'm convinced she's got a uri and the vet is jumping the gun a bit. She's wheezy and gloopy eyes.
