Clumpy poop

Please help! My Guinea pigs (female, 6 years old) have very clumpy poop. I’m freaking out because someone said they may have internal bleeding!

 
It may be due to an upset tummy. Take them off any veg or fresh grass until the poo is back to normal for at least 24 hours. You can then slowly reintroduce - coriander is mild so you can start with that. If the poos are clumped then you’ll have to repeat the same thing. And get it looked at by a very if it persists.
