Specialist Cocoa Poorly Lip And Congested. Pls Help. Photos

Hello everyone. Ok honest now I'm sat with the beautiful Cocoa and she's slowly slipping away from me. SHE IS NOT IN PAIN. I am and it's hard but I need to see my girl off.
She ate like a trooper at 4 but since then layed down and lost intrest.
I could do with bit support. Shall I put her back with her mates in a pile of hay where she was 2 hours ago before I notice the time is coming or on my lap and yes I'm talking and stroking her.

I really think she would be better with her friends Dave so she can have the comfort of them as she enters Rainbow Bridge Land and so that her friends understand what is happening. I know this is a difficult time for you but you need to do what is best for all your piggies. Hugs to you.

I've decided that I've know her for approx a third of her life and Chloe Heidi most of it. She's back with them and is settled in a pile of hay with the very famous carrot house above her. Heidi is sat one side Chloe other this is one of the most powerful thing I've witness. x

Sending you hugs and very best wishes it's a wonderful thing you are doing and have done. Thinking of you at this very difficult time. Go with your instinct now, whatever you feel you should do will be the right thing. X

I could write a book with what I'm witnessing. They takin it in turn to fuss. Cocoa is watching them as they do.. the room is warm and I'm sat 1 yard away.

All three under a carrot house again. I'm not going to peep as I can't disturbe nature. Wish I could see Cocoa but Chloe has moved the house in my view.

Thank you. it's very surreal as piggies are gentle and loving but outside a gale is blowing.
I do so want to cuddle her but I must let the other two deal as they know her better. Seriously Cocoa is showing no pain just very very tired

Aw David, I’m sorry that dear Cocoa has gone downhill but she will be happier with her friends, you have done the right thing putting her back with them. We’re all here for you xx

You've done everything for her. I'm sure she knows how much you love her and if she can talk, she'll let you know she loves you back and so grateful for being with you.

Big HUGS for you and to your piggies.

"like" isn't right, but it sounds so calm and peaceful. Fingers crossed for a gentle end to a life well lived.

(My mother passed this summer and I sat with her a lot in her last few days. It was very calm and very peaceful if not easy for those of us left behind. Never easy.)
