Crusty Nose

I have recently treated my guinea pig for a fungus on her ear with prescribed antifungal cream. She now has a crusty nose and I was wondering if it the same fungus that has spread to her nose? Should I apply the same cream to her nose, please help as I can't afford to take her to the vet again in the same month.

@Emma Braithwaite If you give the vet a call they'll be able to tell you if the cream can be used on her nose.

Please speak to the vet who prescribed the cream. I would think that you would do better with an oral, systemic anti fungal treatment but please speak to the vet

Thank you, her nose is healed now and her ears is much better and almost completely healed!
