i have an older male and we introduced him to a baby male yesterday. They did the whole dominance behavior and what not and i wasn't comfortable putting them in the same cage but last night I had their cages side by side and they were squeaking at each other and both were peeking through the bars of their cage lol it was so cute! So we decided to put them in the same cage and they did fine over night! Today is the second day they've been together, the oldest one is still rumble strutting and what not. I noticed the baby one (new one) has his leg wet like he was biting it. I noticed it on my oldest one yesterday as well. I'm not sure if they were cleaning each other or if they were nipping at each other? Anyone have any ideas? Lol no blood or nothing, and we have them in their playpen together during the day when we're home

It sounds like things are going well indeed! There is a lot of peeing involved in bonding, so that may have caused the wetness? They also do some piggy washing to signal they want to be friends.
