All the best! Please make sure that he has got painkillers (ask your vet how soon after the op he can have them) as his mouth is still going to be very sore.
Please keep up the syringe feeding and watering. It takes time for things to normalise, and it may take more rounds of burring until the fragile dental balance is stable again; ideally every 2-3 weeks at first to prevent the teeth from growing back wrongly again until a piggy learns to chew properly again.
