Is there a piece of correx you can put on one side of the cage bars so the other pig can't get to him?

That looks nasty! :(

Please disinfect with saline solution, ideally sterile one from the pharmacy. He may also need an antibiotic, so please have him seen tomorrow.

On closer inspection I don't think that the boys have been fighting, but it could be a burst cyst or abscess and not a bite.

It is normal for a boar to want to be back with his friend. Have you got something opaque like some coroplast or cardboard that you can tie to the separating grids?

Earlyer they were pop corning and running arround and cuddling and sleeping together

Boys that have had a serious fight would not sit next to each other and interact in a friendly way; a serious fight will rock both and they would show it with their behaviour towards each other - usually either avoiding each other or showing some serious teeth chattering, hair standing on end etc. when they meet.

A full on bite is usually two puncture marks or a long gash from a glancing blow.

i put them together nibbles humped moo.
moo sat and laid down and took it.
Then they got up about 3minutes later snd they got on there sides teeth chatterd and moo went to his throat under his chin. Twice.
dont knownif biting or what. I think he nibbled it?
Dont know.

I put a bowl of food. Moo was in the corner. And bowl in middle. Then nobbles went to it wanted some but refused and walked arround it and did not stop intill i made him i picked moo up to see if it was a enimey and thats why he didnt eat infront of him and he still didnt eat

Moo is still currenrly trying to bite and get through the cage

Moo is still trying to bite the cage open.
He will break his teeth at his rate. He hasent tooken a break and hes biting hard. We have the wrong stuff and cant cover the open grids.
About to sleep daughter has us stay up to 11am we havent been asleep since yesterday.
His neck i dont know if he is still bleeding or he will bleed out? I'm at my limit ill be asleep this hour

If it is just a burst cyst, as I suspect, he will not bleed out. Can you make your own disinfectant by mixing 1 teaspoon of salt into 1 pint of boiled, cooled water?

Have you got a container like a laundry crate you can put Moo in for the time being?

Poor little one! Hope all goes well at the vets. Sending healing vibes!

oh no, hope you get it sorted at the vets soon x

I agree with Wiebke that it looks more like a burst abscess than a bite. Either way the best thing you can do is to clean it as much as you can with salty water (boiled and cooled). I think that Moo may be licking at the wound to try to help. I have not known of a guinea pig who broke their teeth by biting on the bars, so please try not to worry. I would try to keep them separate until you have seen the vet and get some rest. When you're this tired, it all seems so much worse.

Just woke up ill do the solution soon.
I just dont understand why theh wouldnteeth chatter and nibbles would go to it while foghting/back leg teeth chatter

How will the vets know if they were fighting or not? One of them is whimpering so I'm gona check them
