That's all we can do and all we ever want to do. Huge hugs! We are all here for you in these difficult times. You did an amazing thing for Cocoa. I have to keep telling myself I can't promise my piggies a long life but I try to give them a good one filled with love.

I do believe stones for some pig's are due to generics rather than diet. I had one pig that was chalked full of stones. I got him from a rescue shortly after taking him I noticed he was losing weight, my vet did a dental that helped but didn't sort the problem it was only when we X-rayed that the stones appeared. They where in his kidneys and bladder also in uretre so operating was not an option. I had him on palliative care - we gave Tramadol for the pain relief and we kept him comfortable. It's definitely an option for pain medicine I've had two pig's on Tramadol and they have both reacted well to it.
