Help With Ramp

My current guinea pigs have never used a ramp before.
I spent a considerable amount of cash on a nice outdoor enclosure for them for the warm seasons, it's two stories but they seem to be afraid of the ramp. My previous guinea pigs had an indoor enclosure with a ramp that they used perfectly without prompting. My current pigs have never used a ramp. How can I get them warmed up to using the ramp?

You could try and put their favourite treats up the ramp to entice them. What does the ramp look like? they may be scared of it.

You could try putting treats on the ramp to encourage them to go down.

Does your ramp have sides? Sides on a ramp add safety and security. You could also line it with carpet to provide extra grip
