to deliver? I ordered something on tuesday and don't want to be waiting round for it! I've emailed them but no reply so far...

You may get your order on Saturday or maybe tomorrow. Just be patient. :)
 
When I've used them they have been very prompt, delivery usually within a couple of days.
 
I don't mean to sound impatient, but I wish they'd reply. I just want an estimated delivery date, especially as it's signed for goods

Maybe it'll come tomorrow. As long as it comes before 3pm it's fine!
 
It might be a few more days yet before you get it if you only ordered it on Tuesday. I ordered a cat carrier from them last month and I'm pretty sure it took about 5 days to come. The stuff is being delivered from Germany.

Starla I am having a few problems with them. Ordered two cages on 21st Sept. with free delivery. The screen flashed up red that I could have one but due to high delivery costs I would have to add the other one on to my next order. I e mailed them saying that I didn't have another order, and that they should not advertise free delivery then go back on that. They e -mailed me back two days later with no questions answered, saying it was me that placed two orders! Tried phoning yesterday, was told by machine to ring back during opening hours (which it was). Rang again today, they took ages to answer, and apparently it is in Germany they told me? and that everything comes from there. They were very vague about when I would get my first cage 'hopefully soon' was her response. I have cancelled the 2nd one, it is just too much hassle dealing with them. Others on the forum seem to have had better experiences fortunately.
 
Hm, I hate having problems with companies....it's been very annoying that they can't answer a simple question.
Sorry to hear about your problems with them Nutmeg, they sound very unhelpful!

I would've ordered a cage from a good company I know but they have sadly stopped selling the one I wanted. When I emailed them about estimated delivery dates they actually rung me back and gave me the info; very good customer service.
 
Hopefully it'll all get sorted....sure it will, just overreacting!

I think mine took around the two week mark to come - I got sick of looking out for the van and waiting in.rolleyes

so lets hope it doesn't turn up while I'm out - the nearest warehouse place to collect it is 2 hours away
 
As I said they told me they are a german based company, so maybe that's why. Must say though, their english is better than my german. I am still waiting to Starla!
 
their english is very good I agree :) think they learn english at quite a young age though so I suppose they have a grip on it long before we get a grip on other languages...
 
I hate places that take ages to deliver - I'm impatient.:)) I was very disappointed with their delivery. They sent me an email to say the cage was on its way on the Saturday after I ordered it on the Thursday and it still took till the Tuesday of the second week to come - I got sick of keep looking out for the van.rolleyes Doubt I would order from them again.
 
Me neither Nemo, very disappointed with the service. Shame cos they have some quite good stuff a reasonable prices. Their loss! x
 
When I ordered they sent the first email out to say the cage had been sent out and then a few days later they sent another email out to say the cage had been sent out again so I don't know why they did this - I only ever received one cage - hope they didn't charge me twice.:{

got an email today to say my order has been dispached rather than just processing, so thats a good sign!

Yes I'll have to have a root through the drawers and see if I can find my statements. :)) I doubt they could have charged twice though cos I only put my card details in once but the email worded it like I had just ordered another one which made me a bit dubious.rolleyes
 
They were called the surrey pet company! They had very cheap cages etc but they hardly sell anything for small animals now, just food.

yeah might be worth double checking :))
 
still waiting too...I did think it would be delivered today...rolleyes
 
Just e-mailed them. Still waiting.......I am on a night shift tonight so it will probably come tomorrow, and the delivery man will be hammering on the door while I am in bed! Doubt it though, I still haven't had the e mail to say its on its way x
 
How long have you been waiting now? :(

I was going to order one of those hutches from Petplanet today but apparently they are closed today and yesterday for a stock take and it says that things are going to take longer than usual now because of the stock take holding things up - just my luck.rolleyes
 
Nemo - Yea, it just arrived! 8 days. Doesn't sound long but I'm impatient. They sent out some very confusing e mails along the way. How you doin Starla, any sign of yours? xx
 
horray! yours arrived! slightly restored my faith in zooplus. No sign of mine. Perhaps it'll come tomorrow? Mines been 7 days so far.
 
Well Starla, the plot thickens just opened my package and there is two in it! one inside the other. I have only been charged for one. One is damaged in the bottom corner of the tray though. not badly so I could use it with a bit of careful positioning of things. Its like they have sent me two by mistake in one box ?
