I would've ordered a cage from a good company I know but they have sadly stopped selling the one I wanted. When I emailed them about estimated delivery dates they actually rung me back and gave me the info; very good customer service.
strange, nemo. Perhaps you should check old bank statements. I don't think they'd do that though, maybe they just had a problemw with their system and re sent a load of emails.
got an email today to say my order has been dispached rather than just processing, so thats a good sign!
