I Made Snuggle Pouches!

@Eileen's Mum you're becoming a pro! I like your fabric choices, nice! Did you use fleece inside the hay bags?

I decided against snuggle pouches as mine don't really use them now, they prefer the tunnels plus I'm not sure they would work well with cotton and fleece.

Now I've finished all the items. Got 4 beds, 4 tunnels, 4 hay bags (with smaller holes than the last as the girls kept climbing inside them!) and 2 corner hammocks, one for each cage. All I need to do now is make some bunting, fleece forests and the cage liners and it's all done.

Then I can start on the next theme... Allsorts!

:lol!: Thanks!

Mines a C&C cage, divided in 2. each area does have a loft area, just 1 grid size. I'm going to post some photos in a moment in the housing section so have a look there

Just finished some craft stuff this evening. I made a matching pug bed for Eden now that she is part of the herd, plus I've started on some matching bunting to hang in front of the cage. Ran out of material and only need to make 3 more triangles so I've just ordered another meter, should be here Saturday. It's all pinned together at the moment. Can't wait to get it sewn. Pics when it's done.

I want it all in the cages this weekend as I'm going to try Eva and the babies in there and hope they've grown enough to not get through the bars!

You've really made some gorgeous stuff. My local Remnant King's gave me a load of off cut fabric for £6, so I bought fleece to match each fabric. I've made a few sets but none of them really matches my fleece lining (can't call them liners as they are just sheets of fleece.

Sounds like a bargain! None of mine really match the fleece which is why I'm going to buy new fleece and make liners :)

How do you get your cuddle cup to hold its shape around the opening?
Your very talented. The things you have made are great.

Thank you. I just used wadding/batting inside and that's enough to keep it's shape :)

I've now finished the bunting, hammocks and also made small liners for the loft areas and the log cabin.

It really is gorgeous. How did you do the little square bed? I've not seen a tutorial for that.

I just made that from scratch. I cut 2 long rectangle bits of fleece, sewed them down the long sides and one short side, turned inside out them stuffed 1/4 and sewed along to close that part then repeated that for all 4 sides and sewed the final end to the beginning to make the square shape. Sewed a square bit of fleece to the bottom and then made a square cushion/pad for the inside. that probably makes no sense :lol!:

I get it. Gonna try one of them. I think my boys would love it.

Do you have a pattern or tutorial that you followed for the hammock?
I made one when the piggies were smaller and they loved it, but haven't attempted an adult sized one yet.
