still don't have any piggies but i was wondering would it be a good idea to get 2 litter boxes on different sides of the cage for two boars so that if they don't want to share? and what size box would be good for that or would it be better to get just one big litter box? and i see a lot of people using some kind of paper or shavings as bedding for the litter box but would fleece also work?

I use fleece to line the cage and separated hay, wood shavings and cage fresh, keeps cage tidy and space for piggies to move around

I have two of these side by side for my 3 girls works a treat as plastic so easily washed

I would use the largest size boxes you can comfortably fit in the cage to give them a lot of space to burrow.
But of course a lot will depend on the size of your cage.

And with 2 piggies (boars, sows or a mixed pair) I would always offer 2 separate boxes.
Hay is so important to their diet, and not all piggies want to share.
