loosing hair

my male neutered guineapig just over 3 years old, i’ve noticed he’s lost some hair inside both back legs and is wet he eats fine drinks water acting normal. does his stomach look normal aswell? i want to make sure nothings wrong with him otherwise ill be taking him to the vet

his poop had improved a bit but yeah i will be taking him
