Don't get me wrong on the title, there's times he's happy, showing love(rarely), wheeking loudly and being a good piggy.
ever since he became an adult, (he's 2 years old now) he's just been mean, mean and mean.
He gets irritated at the littlest things, a little pet on the head and he's about to attack you, he likes to be held, but when you put him down and sit next to him, he starts his little teeth chatter, give you the side eye and start walking away😆. Even when his piggy friends play with him he starts getting mad, what does make him happy, of course, is food! that's the only time me and my piggy can bond. if there's no food, he doesn't wanna talk or be around you!
with all of this said, I just wanna ask, can guinea pigs have anger issues?

Can you tell us more about his living situation please?
Does he live with another piggy?

You mention ‘when his piggy friends play with him’ -
Are these pigs he lives with? Or are you putting him with other piggies with whom he does not share a cage?
Are you trying to put him with multiple other male piggies?

Most likely the behaviours you describe as him ‘getting mad’ when his friends play with him is dominance (however this situation depends very much on the answers to my questions above). I do not believe they can have anger issues or that they can be mean. He either doesn’t want to be touched or there is something in the situation which is causing him potential upset.
At this point we can only speculate though given we don’t have any background information on your piggy.

he lives with a boy, he's 8 months old, and there was a time I was trying to bond him with girl piggy and he was just being upset the entire time, at first they made some wheeking noises and then he just started teeth chattering and acting irritated, the cage he lives in with his roommate is 52x39 inches! they have plenty of space to run around and play which they do, but sometimes it just gets heated!

So he has a teenaged friend.

Are you seeing chasing, mounting, rumblestrutting? If so this is perfectly normal dominance behaviours which you will always see between boar pairs, it’s not anger. It’s how they form and maintain a relationship.
Not all teeth chattering is irritation either - again, it can be normal dominance.

So, you were trying to bond the older piggy with a sow previously then but he ended up being bonded with this 8 month old.
How long has he lived with the 8 month old?

He's lived with him for 3 months now, when he was a baby he did do rumble strutting, they both seem to do it now, and yes they chase all the time! thank you I was worried that he might've been upset, but it seems all his actions were actually dominant and not anger! :)

Honestly it all just sounds like pretty normal piggy behaviour to be honest, although some piggies are more 'expressive' when it comes to how they are feeling.
It does sound like he is a bit of a character too.
And no matter how hard we try, some piggies will never love being held, petted or handled, or will only accept this contact form certain people - not everyone.
