Sadly when i came home from a holiday today, my darling guinea pig who was very loved was in a bad state, she couldn't walk, she cant make those little noises she did when i stoked her and she overall looked exhausted.

I took her to the vets asap and they gave me a few options, i couldnt bare her being away from home in that state so i took her home, where she can cross over peacefully. I have been syringe feeding her but she simply can't do it anymore. I'm going to have to let go of her soon. Shes in a towel now all warm but is there anything else i can do to comfort her in her last hours? :(

kind regards G x

I am very sorry. Just keep her warm, calm and comfortable.

Agree with Wiebke. Calm and comfort and love. It's all you can do for her. Hope she crosses to the Bridge peacefully

So sorry you had to find your piggy in such a way. Just be with her and let her know you love her.

I am so so sorry that you are going to lose your piggy, if I ever had to do let go of my patch like that, I would be heart broken!:soz:
I agree with Wiebke and VickiA, keep her calm and comfortable in her last hours with you.
May she be free on the rainbow bridge forever.

Darling passed at 8:30 last night in my arms, i am devastated.

I am so sorry, she has obvioulsly had a very happy life, my pigs and me send sympathy and wheeks.
No doubt she will be missed forever.:soz:

Popcorn free Darling. Hugs to you. It's so hard saying goodbye to a beloved friend.
