I can't see your photo but I would get her to the vet, it could be a hay poke or even the start of a fungal condition like Ringworm. I will link to our Ringworm guide in case you need it.

I just adopted a three year old female Guinea pig and her eye is all red, what do I do? Does anyone know what this is? Please help!

I can't see the photo either, but I agree with Helen. An eye injury is serious and can get worse quick, so you need to go to the vet straight away.
On of my boys got a piece of hay in his eye a few months ago. It was only in there a couple of hours but the vet found it had ulcerated already and he had to have eye drops for a week.
You can't tell how bad it is either just from looking. My boys eye was a bit red around the edge but looked fine, you couldn't see the ulcer at all. It was the vets special dye that showed it to us.
